Sentai Filmworks has a recent announcement of Made In Abyss: Wandering Twilight is soon to debut in select theaters on May 27th, 2019. This movie is continuing the storyline of MADE IN ABYSS: Journey’s Dawn where it is a complication film to the original anime of 13 episodes. MADE IN ABYSS: Journey’s Dawn retells the anime episodes of 1 to 8 in where a girl looks for her lost mother in the abyss with the help of a robot friend. Riko’s missing mother is still the main focus of the sequel of Journey’s Dawn and meets other people to help the search. The premiere of this would be set at some point in Anime Central in a red carpet setting of 2019. Made in Abyss is a classic piece of the manga where the mysterious Abyss is just fascinating as the appeal of the show. Wandering Twilight has new visuals of animation that would be only found in this particular movie. Bonus features will take a look at behind the scenes of production and interviews. Interviews are set with the director, producer, and music composer who aided this anime project to life on the big screen.
